Day three, and this is for the lovers who have blonde babes as their Valentines. Blue *always* suits a blonde.. always.
paeoti Pomeray, commonly known for her luscious lingerie, is also one heck of an evening gown maker. I remember one of my first gowns was a large romantic piece with a huge swirling skirt and fur trim along the top. I felt just glorious wearing it. Now paeoti has found her voice with the sleeker and sexier. The dress I show is one of four colors offered, but the blue really moved me. With the exquisite silver filigree trim, the slim sleek skirt cut up the sides, and the beautifully tiered scarf, this is a gown for a special lady. Not everyone can pull it off. If you want to give this as a gift, purchase it on XStreetSL and send it over.
I wear my hair up with an elegant design from Elikapeka Tiramisu. Let me digress here and say that blonde textures are never quite as good as black or red in SL. Elikapeka somehow hit on that golden perfection needed for a blonde and variants of it. I know that she has cut back on her business in SL, but I encourage any of you to grab any ETD you can before it poofs altogether. She is STILL one of the best in SL.
My jewelry is from another creator that has gone quiet—Random Calliope. This set reveals the ground-breaking tiny work that Random did so amazingly well. Even today, none can rival how he made jewelry from in-world prims without textures (no.. no PS files were imported to make that work, no sculpties, no machine built them). Random hand laid each piece on a living avatar model for all his creations. Random had a uniquely romantic vision as well. A visit to his sim, Ode, will clue you into the beautiful landscape of his mind.
