Honey

“Tart words make no friends; a spoonful of honey will catch more flies than a gallon of vinegar.” ~ Benjamin Franklin

Honey

Rather than considering this look as a tart citrus, I like to think of it as smooth sweet honey. Start with this fabulous dress from Elettra Gausman, a construction of tulle and taffeta in a mermaid’s tail style. With this fabulous texture, Elettra has created a dress of contrasts—sleek yet fluffy, smooth yet textured. The tangerine honey color is fantastic especially with its golden highlights.

Then you have Truth Hawk’s honey-colored hair with this ensemble, falling down in soft waves and framing this beautiful face from Aida Ewing. Sweet sticky, redolent of summer, this look is beautiful. Finally, it’s a fait accompli—this girl is golden.
