Second Life bon vivant, business woman, and builder, Harper Beresford is the Duchess of RFyre (CMO and Business Manager) and blogger for House of RFyre. I have done marketing for Nonna Hedges and Pulse Skins. I am Estate Manager for DB Bailey’s Locus sims, Second Life Mentor, owner of two sims–Avant Garde and Vanguard, photographer, art collector, jewerly-maker, builder, poet, reader, writer, cultural anthropologist, model, flirt, and friend. I also write for Harper’s Bizarre and wrote about Arts and Architecture for SLNN.com. I have shown SL photography in RL in Berlin, Florence, and San Francisco as well as published in Architectural Digest in Italy. I have also published academic writing about SL.

Photos taken for the blog are, for the most part, untouched in Photoshop–1. because I am not very good at PS, 2. because it’s time-consuming and I am full of blogs I want to show, and 3. because I think the fashions should be shown as they are in Second Life. Most of them are so beautiful, it would be wrong to alter them. So I may correct an oddness on the avatar but for the most part, I won’t do a lot.
