Beloved Ruby sent over her KittyCatS & Friends Advent Calendar gifts—two gorgeous women’s winter coats and a men’s outfit with striped sweater—and Z said, “So let’s go skating!”
We had a wonderful time at the gorgeous frozen river/lake at Angel Manor. I was able to set the windlight to a late Sunday afternoon winter light straight out of my real life, so the skating seemed brisk and fun. We took a ton of photos between us. I treated a few of them in PS, which is not my usual, but they seemed so nostalgic.
I loved the gifts Beloved Ruby has made for the calendar, all of them lovely and truly generous and I had a great time finding the scarf from xxRyvenxx, the mittens from Izzie Button, and the tights from Bax Coen to dress the look up. Z had a fine time dressing his up for skating and both of us did tricks with our AOs all over the pond. Kaya Angel has outdone himself on this gorgeous build. It’s straight out of my own winter.
Shylah Honey has made this darling hair for the Winter Trend and it includes a HUD for changing the color of the headband as well as for the hair itself. The curls framing my face were ideal for this almost old-fashioned look. My skin was one of Rocketta Haven’s I got during the Skin Addiction Black Friday sales, a luscious-lipped, blushed pale skin that offset well with all the red I was wearing.

Who is this ‘Z’ person?
Why doesn’t he have just a single letter and not a full name like everyone else, well everybody apart from M Linden and let’s not go there. Where his parents so poor they could only afford a single letter?
Does the choice of ‘Z’ indicate a classic split-personality as seen in all the best B grade movies. Think about it not only does he not have a mane the single letter he uses is indecisive, is he a ‘Zee’ or a ‘Zed’ or can’t he decide and switches between the two?
He clearly has a number of ‘individual’ characteristics which unfortunately Harper you even list on this post but are clearly unable to allow yourself to admit. Allow us to help you.
1. The dude is bald -Belleza- Ewan med 0 bald, there is nothing wrong with bald, in fact it can be exceptionally stylish but not when the person concerned wears a wig to hide it, we point out your words -Hair: INDI *Oversized Beanie* light grey – night. Not just a bald wig wearer but one who is so insecure he has his wig attached to a beanie
2. He has to hide his idenity by resorting to a fake beard – Full Heavy Hipster Beard by Mayc Clowes.
3. He is so totally not one of the ‘cool-kids’ he has resorted to trying to garner street credibility from his fake beard, note the word ‘Hipster’ in the description of the beard in 2 above
4. He is wearing ‘hand-out’ clothing “Outfit: GIFT available exclusively in the KittyCatS & Friends Advent Calendar* ” We understand these are tough times and the hand-out clothing on anyone else would look classy but why does he feel the need to tell the world about it? We suspect deep insecurity issues.
5. He has to resort to faking his skating ability – “Ice Skates Tricks Control by Lilac Niven”, It doesn’t get much more deceitful or sadder than that.
“Z” makes him more mysterious. Does Barely know you posted on his behalf?
1. I rushed him. So he chose the skin. And the hair. Quickly. Like, “Jeez, Harper, give me a sec!”
2. The beard is hip and kept him warm.
3. He would never pretend to be cool. He just is.
4. The whole point of the damn blog entry is the AWESOME GIFT that Beloved Ruby made not just for ladies, but one for men TOO. Hence Z was forced to be involved.
5. It was all him. And his mouse. And his dexterous fine motor skills.
Don’t be jelly.
