You sign up to blog an event like Romp and all your posts seem to center around sex—funny how that works out. I pulled out this sexy latex dress from xxsaltandpepperxx, which she is featuring at Romp, and I was inspired to go red, especially when I got the amazing lace up shoes (reminiscent of a pair that Kendall Jenner wore for the MTV Music Awards) from Queenshop that are featured at the Chapter Four. I clicked around on the color choice HUDs for each one and found the perfect look. Aikea Rieko’s fabulous mesh earrings from The Liaison Collaborative finish my look.

Nicole Button has recently come out with an applier for the Catwa head, this one meant for the newer head but it looks ideal on Annie too. I tinted up the lips and eyes with the Catwa-supplied makeups, making them completely opaque. Tabata Jewell has created a set of Catwa hairbase appliers to match this fabulous, one-sided tumble of curls she is featuring at Hairology. I think it’s a fierce look that will command someone (you know who you are) to behave!

I took a trip over to one of the LEA exhibits, “Gravity is a mistake” by Eupalinos Ugajin. Apparently it’s still in construction, but it’s hard to tell what more needs to be done because it’s already a pretty cool display with all sorts of moving parts (careful you don’t get hit in the head or shoved out of the way by a moving prim while taking a photo). I wore Unitedcolorssteam’s gorgeous dress for Mesh Body Addicts, a fitmesh for several mesh bodies that includes a lace overlay on a satin underdress and has several options for texturing the lace and dress (including making the skirt completely disappear so you can wear the top with other things). It’s a lovely piece of work—especially the sheer top with pearls scattered over the bodice. Gorgeous! I paired a sexy pair of shoes from queenshop that she is featuring at Tres Chic with the outfit. They include a great HUD for texture change on the separate parts of the shoe.

Skin Fair is still going on with only a few days left. I put on this great Omega applier skin from Shantia Soulstar under her new brand name and discovered she has the body appliers at her shop for free. I applied the skin to the mesh head from Gael Streeter and ElleEtGance and then played with lipsticks, liners and lashes to create a look I liked. I used a texture from Kuranosuke Kamachi’s beautiful dark brown hair that included golden ends to match the gold glint in the lace on my dress.
