School’s not going to start soon enough in our household. The weather is gorgeous and perfect for shorts and a tank top. I love the textures on this new tank from Paul Lapointe and Bastchild Lotus. I especially loved the old Billy Ocean song lyrics! Apple May’s shorts for Shiny Shabby fit perfectly and are a great look for a warm day, especially with strappy wedges from Darling Monday. A pretty glittery pink choker from Liza Broono from the Dressing Room is a glamorous little touch.

Elikapeka Tiramisu’s darling hair for Shiny Shabby, casually pulled back with a little tie, has a sly, long lock of hair hiding one eye. And it’s a shame to hide these lovely eyes from Audrey Lamede from the Dressing Room. Nicole Button’s applier with freckles sprinkled across the nose lends a sort of innocence to this elegant skin, especially with its bee stung lips and well-groomed brows.

I went over to the West of the Rain for a cool summer day scene with poses from Katya Valeska for Shiny Shabby. I started with a new top from Doc Eldritch that includes some fabulous colors and a beautiful texture. Doc makes all his mesh from scratch and custom fits it to mesh bodies so it’s perfect every time. I paired it with shorts I got from Kinu Mayako at Thrift Shop that includes a HUD to allow different parts of the shorts to be switched out. Criss-crossed platforms from Darling Monday’s sale make this a sexy casual look.

A trip to Shiny Shabby will also make you a cool girl. Start with Umazuma Metaluna’s gorgeous skin from Shiny Shabby, an applier for Catwa heads, which I am showing on the Destiny head. With gorgeous eyes from Lilanachristina and a unique necklace set from Aikeo Reiko for Shiny Shabby, the look is fabulous. I love the smooth long look from Vivienmarli for Shiny Shabby as well, a simple and easy ‘do for a casual freedom.

Valentine’s Day is about romantic love mostly, but it’s a great reminder of all sorts of love—the love for our family, love for friends, and even love for our fellow humans. I love my friends in SL and in RL. I dearly love my family. And I have found by filling my heart with love, it’s displaced the anger and fear and allowed me to give love in abundance.

Erratic Rain has come out with a shift that is absolutely gorgeous, done from her own mesh and featured in several colors. The multicolored dresses being shown on other blogs are absolutely stunning but the singular color dresses are equally as beautiful with their architectural inspiration and great fit. If you want to look sophisticated and elegant, this is the dress for you. I pair with shoes from Darling Monday, featured at Collabor88. Somehow she managed to straddle the line between cosmic and good taste with these stacked heels, fitting perfectly with the Slink feet. I couldn’t resist wearing Maxi Gossamer’s heart-shaped ring and necklace—it’s Valentine’s Day after all.

My hair is one of Truth’s new ‘dos with wild waves flowing down and a winsome side-swept bang. I loved wearing blonde with Aida Ewing’s Sylvia skin, once again piling on the makeups to experiment with looks. You really get a fat FAT pack with this set considering all the options with nose, eye makeup, lipstick and blush. And of course, she gives you many brows. Love!
