You’ve got to accentuate the positive
Eliminate the negative
And latch on to the affirmative
Don’t mess with Mister In-Between
~ “Ac-Cent-U-Ate the Positive” done by Aretha Franklin
It’s time to put the good face on. I admit sometimes I can be cranky—can’t we all? But humming this tune reminds me I have to “eliminate the negative.” It’s easy to be positive when you feel put together and this new dress from Ivy Burner that she has at the 100 Block, which comes with a great texture-change HUD, is putting me in a very up mood. With a graceful billow of fabric at the waist, it shows a different silhouette than many minis nowadays but with the halter top and way open back, it’s still very sexy. Accentuated with darling little wedge booties from BabyChampagne Sass, also from 100 Block, and a great clutch from Aleida Rhode that includes texture change for the metals and is also found at 100 Block, I am feeling up beat.
Sawsan Secretspy is launching this new skin at the Spring Break Fair, and it’s a beauty with gorgeously made-up eyes and lush lips. I was thrilled when I wore Isabelle Requiem’s gorgeous eyes from Kustom 9 with this skin—it just all went together with Chiaki Xue’s sassy short haircut that she is selling at the Japan Fair. AvaGardner Kungler completes the look with stunning jeweled teardrop earrings. This confident look is the ideal approach to a rosy day.
You’ve got to spread joy up to the maximum
Bring gloom down to the minimum
Have faith or pandemonium’s
Liable to walk upon the scene
