I have to say, St. Patrick’s Day is one of the luckiest days of my life. It is the day my son was born, 13 years ago, and carries a lot of significance for me, so I can’t help but feel I have the luck of the Irish. Supposedly some small part of my heritage is Irish (according to my grandfather, who wielded a shillelagh as if he were some expert, though I think there was some blarney in that story).

My over-the-top look is an explosion of joy and luck and happiness and a sort of anti-hazy-monochrome-photo-in-SL look. (I wanna blow your Flickr up with green today.) Start with Mami Jewell’s darling dress with mesh bodice and skirt and a polka-dot flexi skirt and headband. Add to that a variety of accessories from the Luck of the Irish Gacha from Depraved Nation, including a darling necklace from Paul Lapointe, a lucky handbag from Moonbubble Gothly, flowery sunglasses from Lyla Shepherd and under my skirts, a wicked Celtic garter to keep me armed. Pretty pumps with a great color change HUD from Shaleene Kenin for Kustom 9 class up the look.

Rocketta Haven made this darling applier for Skin Fair. Her looks are so candy-sweet pretty that they match the Catwa head perfectly. The applier comes with several lipstick colors (all pinky pretty) and liners. I decided to do up Calico Ingmann’s pretty ponytails for Hairology in the deepest green from her rainbow color set. Behind me is Nanda Marjeta’s gacha décor set for Luck of the Irish Gacha, perfect for an St. Patrick’s Day party, complete with ale!
